Lease Screening - Get the Application
Submit Your Completed Application
After completing payment, download and fill out the lease application.
Once complete, upload your signed application and required documents below.
Required uploads:
- Completed & signed lease application (PDF)
- Government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or state ID)
Additional documents (as applicable):
- Recent pay stubs
- W-2s or tax returns (if self-employed or requested)
- Offer letter or other proof of income
- Any additional documents requested during screening
