Market Research and Property Identification

Using our market knowledge and access to listing databases, we identify properties matching your criteria. We search MLS systems, commercial listing platforms, our network of landlords and property managers, and off-market opportunities not publicly advertised. We pre-screen properties eliminating those with issues or characteristics that won’t work for your needs.

Property Tours and Evaluation

We coordinate property tours at times convenient for your schedule, often arranging back-to-back tours in the same area allowing you to see multiple options efficiently. We accompany you on tours providing objective assessments, pointing out features and potential concerns, answering questions about properties and areas, and offering market context helping you evaluate options.

Financial Analysis
